What are the security requirements for a new password?

The details depend on your account security settings, which may have changed since you last set your password. That said, a long random sequence of characters, digits and punctuation marks usually meets even the strictest of requirements.

Can K2DQ help me retrieve my old password?

What does “expired” reset code mean?

Some reset codes can only be used a few times — usually just once — and are only valid within a specific date range. If your reset code had expired, you’ll need a new code to reset your password.

What does “IP mismatch” mean?
