What are the security requirements for a new password?

The details depend on your account security settings, which may have changed since you last set your password. That said, a long random sequence of characters, digits and punctuation marks usually meets even the strictest of requirements.

Can K2DQ help me retrieve my old password?

Sorry, no can do — we don’t have it.

What does “expired” reset code mean?

Some reset codes can only be used a few times — usually just once — and are only valid within a specific date range. If your reset code had expired, you’ll need a new code to reset your password.

What does “IP mismatch” mean?

Some reset codes can only be used from specific IP ranges, for example your office location, or a VPN set up by your organization. Please contact your account administrator or K2DQ support for instructions.
